We are dedicated to promoting the Belfast community as a "great place to live and work" and serving the quality of life of the Belfast folk and its visitors. It is the goal of the BCDC to develop and implement programs that encourage commercial & cultural partnerships, promote the education of the workforce, create employment opportunities and provide social services to the senior population. The BCDC as a community member will collaborate with other community organizations to attract programs and services that will enhance the community.
